How to enroll as a New Patient

Thank you for considering becoming a patient in our practice. Before going any further, please call one of our offices in Rochester, NY (Grace Family Medicine at 585-235-2250, or Joy Family Medicine at 585-697-0004) to express your interest. Once you’ve found out if we’re accepting new patients right now, you can get things started. Narcotic Policy

It’s the policy of His Branches Health Services providers NOT to prescribe highly addictive pain medications, including Narcotics or other similar Controlled Substances, to patients who are new to the practice. This page explains our policy in detail.
