We help women through pregnancy, labor, and delivery and take care of them and their babies in the hospital.

Emergency/After Hours

One of our providers is on call for emergencies 24 hours a day for patients enrolled in our practices. After hours, call your regular office at the number listed below and the answering service will contact the on-call provider for you. Stay by your phone! In a sudden emergency or accident you may go directly to Highland or Unity Hospital (adults or maternity care), Strong Memorial (children), or the closest emergency department available to meet your urgent needs.

Enrolling as a New Patient

Click on “Enrolling” for full information about becoming a New Patient by transferring your care to one of our offices. You’ll find out about our Sliding Fee Scale and be able to print out paperwork to bring to your first visit that tells us about your medical past and current conditions.

Click on “Resources” for a list of patient informational material that you can read or print out about a variety of health and wellness conditions including well child care, going on a diet, managing high blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol problems, quitting smoking, and many others.
